Brainstorming can be understood from the process that develops the certain solutions to problems. Alex Faickney Osborn, who was an advertising manager thus made this idea and concept to be rather popular through his book Applied Imagination in year 1953,  With his another work, reached to the conclusion in year 1963 that teams can enhance their creativity to the double level with brainstorming. Brainstorming concentrates on a certain problems and later on arrives as much as possible solutions to the problem. Brains storming, there remains too effective with entire new ideas in a session, but do also create the sparks in association and ideas with other people as well by developing and refining them. With some research, the brainstorming has become to an ineffective and this further tends to be problems of research itself along with the brainstorming tool. There are four basic rules to brainstorming that reduces the social inhibitions among team members, stimulate idea generation, and make an environment of overall creativity.

•    Three hardly should be any criticism: Criticism of ideas is restricted to maximum in the brainstorming session as for generating the varied and unusual ideals and extending or adding further and better ideas. Criticism is kept at the evaluation stage of the process. This let the members to feel comfortable with idea by creating the worthy ideas.

•    You should welcome unusual ideas: Unusual ideas are welcomed as it is normally easier to “tame down” than to “tame up” as new ways of thinking and looking at the world may provide better solutions.

•    There Quantity is further needed: The greater the number of ideas generated the greater the chance of producing a radical and effective solution.

•    More you should combine as well as improve ideas: Not only are a variety of ideals wanted, but also ways to combine ideas in order to make them better.
